Elixir Engineering Expands Aftermarket Range for GE Evolution Series Locomotives
We are pleased to announce an expanded catalogue of power electronics and sensing solutions for GE Evolution Series locomotives, now available for domestic and export customers.
Elixir Engineering is pleased to announce the expansion of our aftermarket product range to cover the GE Transportation (now Wabtec) Evolution Series locomotive platform, including the ES43ACmi and ES57ACi variants operated by Indian Railways and select export operators.
What's New
The expanded range covers the following product categories for GE Evolution Series platforms:
- Traction rectifier assemblies (OEM equivalent to GE Part Series 8 and 9)
- Axle-end speed sensors (Hall-effect, direct-fit replacement)
- Brake cylinder pressure transducers (0–10 bar, 4–20 mA output)
- Cab temperature and humidity sensors
- Fuel pressure transducers for the GEVO prime mover
Design and Quality Standards
All new products have been developed in accordance with GE's published specifications and tested to IEC 60068 environmental standards. Each unit ships with a Certificate of Conformance and is covered by our standard 12-month warranty from date of installation.
Availability
Products are available from stock for domestic customers. Export orders are fulfilled on a lead-time basis depending on quantity. Our team can provide RDSO-compatible documentation for customers operating under Indian Railways procurement frameworks.
